Bronze Vessel, 'Tiger Handle Ding 1/2 Replica'
The Tiger handle Ding has three flat leg, and two tigers as the two handles of the Ding. Ding is a very common bronze vessel. It was first used as a pot that can be heated directly over fire. Later in Shang, Ding became the status symbol of power. Nine Dings show the highest status. The original Ding was unearthed in 1979 in Jiangxi province and now collected in Jiangxi History Museum.
