Unearthed in 1976 in Shaanxi province, the original is collected in Zhou Yuan Bronze Museum. Made in Western Zhou period, Zhe Gong is one of the best made bronze vessels. Covered with detailed motif, dragon, and cloud patterns, the removable top is in the shape of a Dragon-llike beast with two horns. Inside, the inscription shows that an official named "Zhe" commissioned to make this Gong. Gong was used to serve wine during ancient times.
