Made with coconut shell pieces, the craftsman incorporates nature elements such as coconuts and bamboos into the design of this unique and fashionable bag. Different polish method causes the shell pieces to show different colors. The bamboo handle was hand wrought over a heat source.

About the artist, Yi Hai
"I love coconuts. The juice is delicious; I can't live without it," Yi Hai told us, "I started this workshop purely from my interests. Using coconut shells creating these many things are beyond my imaginations. When I first started, I only made simple bowl shaped items, and then the ideas just keeps coming. We also have a great creative environment too. We help each other getting the ideas flowing. Now we have over 200 different items made from simple coconut shells. "
