Ordering from Galleria Pangea is simple. Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button in the product description page. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button at the top of the page. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your shopping cart. To do this, type in the new quantity and click on the "Update Basket" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
"Cookies" must be enabled on your browser in order to track which products you have added to your shopping cart. Once you have all of the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, click the "Go to Checkout" button at the bottom of the page to begin the checkout process.
Currently we ship our products directly from our regional offices. We offer the lowest price you can find anywhere on international express shipping through DHL. Processing and handling your order will take approximately 1-2 business days. Once the product has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. You will be able to track the shipment on our website with provided tracking number. If the product has been damaged during the transit, please contact your local DHL office, they will process the shipment insurance, then we can fully refund you.
Tangible products purchased from our website may be returned in their original condition within two weeks (14) days for a complete refund. Please contact us for detailed return instructions.

We store only the first digit and the last 4 digits of your credit card number for identification purposes.
