Taking the form of abstract butterfly patterns connected to each other, this handmade silver bracelet is made by the Miao ethnic artist, Wu Shouhua. Located in Dali city, Yunnan, Miao people live together near by a famous spring – Butterfly Spring, where thousands of butterflies gather and fly around in every spring.

About the artist, Wu Shouhua
Many of the folk artists learned their trade from their family; Wu Shouhua is an exception. Wu was born in the city of Kaili, where most of the population is Miao ethnic. The Miaos are famous for their ethnic clothing and incredible silver jewelries.
