Terra Cotta Warrior, 'General'
This is a hand-cast minitaure replica of a army general from China's terra cotta army. The terra cotta army is a collection of 8,099 life-size terra cotta figures of warriors and horses located near the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. The figures were discovered in 1974 near Xi'an, Shaanxi province.

About the artist, Zhu Guangrong
Zhu Guangrong, one of the first pottery artists replicated the terra cotta warriors. Her warriors not only look like the originals, but also catch the spirit of the warriors.
