A big diamond shape pattern centers the rectangular tie-dye tablecloth. A blooming daisy flower is inside the diamond. Another four smaller flowers decorate outside the diamond. This handmade tie-dye table cloth is made by the Bai ethnic artist living in Yunnan, China. The artist uses several methods to create complex patterns on the cloth by binding, stitching, folding, twisting, or compressing it before it was dyed. This method is also known as shibori in Japanese.
